• Cooperstown - Transportation Driver

    Cooperstown All Star Village (Oneonta, NY)


    Salary Range:15.50 To 17.50 (USD) Hourly

    Overview:

    The Transportation Driver is responsible for transporting guests during the summer season at Cooperstown All Star Village.

    Responsibilities:

    + Transport guests to and from their destination on campus.

    + Ability to drive a golf cart and/or tractor.

    + Assist guests on and off golf carts and/or tractor.

    + Ability to clearly communicate on a two-way radio professionally.

    + Aid guests with personal belongings such as luggage on and off golf carts and/or tractors.

    + Report maintenance and repair needs for transportation vehicles and equipment.

    Qualifications:

    + High School diploma or equivalent required.

    + Valid driver’s license.

    + Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.

    + Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.

    Preferred:

    + Previous transportation experience.

    + Experience driving golf carts and/or tractors.

    Physical Requirements:

    + May be exposed to extreme temperatures.

    + Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
