Job Description

Charles Schwab is looking for a Business System Analyst to join their team! This individual will be joining a team that supports all internal rep facing applications from financial consultants to the call centers. This team will act as the main liaison between the business and technology teams so strong communication skills is imperative for success. This individual will be working on medium to large projects gathering and documenting requirements and translating functional requirements to technical requirements. In addition, this person will be expected to develop use cases, UML, activity diagrams, context diagrams, intersystem dependency diagrams, and sequence diagrams. This position will start off 100% remote with potential ~3 days a week onsite later in 2022 (flexible). This is a 12 month contract with the possibility to both extend and convert. The ideal candidate would possess attention to detail, positivity, and can operate with little oversight on a day-to-day basis. They looking to bring someone onto the team immediately apply today!

Pay Rate: $60-$65

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst

Salesforce BSA with experience with Services Cloud focus, (i.e Case Management and service based integration (call center, tickets))

Experience working in an agile environment Strong understanding with the concepts of Web Services and API technologies data Integration in/out of Salesforce would be preferred but not required

Experience managing multiple large, complex and cross functional projects, with emphasis on systems, technologies, business process redesign, and knowledge of technical environments

A background in the financial services industry

PMP certification

SFA certification null
