    Shifts Available:

    + 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Rotating Schedule)

    + 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Rotating Schedule)

We’re hiring **Converting Operators** to help us produce high-quality products using cutting-edge machinery — and we want to invest in _your_ growth every step of the way.

     

    • What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Set up, operate, and monitor converting equipment for optimal performance

    + Ensure every product meets strict quality and safety standards

    + Remove scrap efficiently to support sustainable practices

    + Perform quality checks and input production data accurately

    + Operate tools like band saws and assist with machine maintenance

    + Support other teams and contribute to smooth warehouse operations

    • What We’re Looking For:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + 1+ year of manufacturing experience (preferred)

    + Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail

    + Ability to read measurements (up to 1/32”) accurately

    + Basic computer skills and data entry knowledge

    • Physical Requirements:

    + Ability to stand, lift (up to 50 lbs), bend, and move throughout shifts

    + Comfortable working in environments with heat, humidity, noise, and moving equipment
