**Starting Salary:** $100K
What You Will Do
+ Lead financial compliance and keep assets protected by ensuring internal controls and SOPs are followed across properties.
+ Partner with GMs to manage labor, analyze performance, and guide teams to make financially sound decisions.
+ Oversee payroll and accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting aligned with GAAP and USALI standards.
+ Build and monitor internal controls—from cash handling to purchasing—to minimize risk and boost accountability.
+ Serve as a financial advisor, helping hotel leaders understand the numbers and drive profitability.
+ Lead budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting while guiding property teams to hit targets and stay on track.
What We’re Looking For
+ 3+ years in financial accounting & 2+ years in leadership – You’ve got the experience and confidence to guide multi-property teams.
+ Deep understanding of hotel accounting processes – Because great service starts with strong financials behind the scenes.
+ Bachelor’s in Accounting, Business, Finance, or equivalent – You know your debits from your credits (and why it matters).
+ Experience with PMS, POS, Workday, and financial systems – Tech-savvy helps keep everything accurate, efficient, and audit-ready.
+ CHAE or other financial certifications preferred – Bonus points if you’ve got that extra edge in hospitality finance.
+ Full-service and multi-property experience a plus – Juggling multiple hotels? You make it look easy.
