Our client, a leader in the textile manufacturing industry, is seeking a Textile Machine Operator - 2nd & 3rd Shift to join their team. As a Textile Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Textile Machine Operator - 2nd & 3rd Shift
**Location:** Marion, NC
Pay Range: $17.55- $19.55/HR
What's the Job?
+ Operate and monitor textile machinery to ensure efficient production.
+ Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
+ Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
+ Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
What's Needed?
+ Manufacturing experience is required.
+ Ability to work on 2nd and 3rd shifts.
+ Strong attention to detail and quality control.
+ Effective communication skills.
+ Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
