Our client, a multinational company in engineering industry, is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully with the organization.

**Job Title:** Facility Maintenance Technician

**Location:** Fort Lauderdale, FL

**Pay Range:** $19–$23 per hour, depending on experience

What's the Job?

+ Perform manual labor tasks such as operating a cardboard compactor and moving office furniture.

+ Conduct painting, patching, and paint clean-up as needed.

+ Maintain cleanliness of buildings and grounds through general cleaning duties.

+ Execute janitorial tasks including carpet extraction and window cleaning.

+ Assist in furniture building and repairs as directed.

What's Needed?

+ Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.

+ Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions effectively.

+ Experience with facility maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.

+ Physical capability to perform labor-intensive tasks.

+ Willingness to attend work as scheduled and required.
