Required Skills & Experience
+ Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
+ 10+ years of IT experience in financial services, consulting, or technology
+ Experience as an IT project manager / PMO Project skills.
+ Skilled in proactively analyzing data attributes, linkages and interdependencies to identify and correct anomalies and facilitate maintenance of a logical Consent Order plan.
+ Experience with regulatory or consent order type of projects, or audit.
+ Experience with Process mapping, consulting, and audit skills.
+ Experience leading the development of analyses, compelling presentations and meeting materials that will move stakeholders to action.
+ Demonstrated ability to work with large data sets to proactively identify data issues and develop plan/timelines to correct those anomalies.
+ Ability and desire to meaningfully interpret data and draw out executive friendly insights for Senior Stakeholders.
+ Demonstrated ability to work on tools and process that help track Technology Book of Work
+ Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
+ Proficient in developing charts and graphs to visually represent the data findings for Executive friendly presentations and/or communications.
+ Ability to work in a fast moving and complex environment with proactive demeanor to pick-up complex and new topics and deliver on them.
+ Highly motivated, strong attention to detail, team oriented, organized.
+ Strong leadership skills and influencing capabilities.
+ Excellent written, verbal and analytical skills.
+ Ability to to articulate complex problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging.
+ Ability to understand risk-reward, provide diplomatic challenge to stakeholders, and escalate issues when appropriate.
+ Strong track record of effectively assessing and managing competing priorities to deliver high quality and timely work.
+ Comfort navigating complex, highly-matrixed organizations.
+ Comfortable acting as an agent for positive change with agility and flexibility
Desired Skills & Experience
+ Strongly prefer Financial services and Regulatory reporting experience.
+ Strongly prefer Technology/Data Management/Information Systems Certification.
+ Understanding of US Financial Regulatory reporting process is a plus.
What You Will Be Doing
+ Develop a strong understanding of the Consent Order plan, milestone linkages and inter dependencies and develop a robust data analytics function to continuously review the plan for any irregularities.
+ Manage Technology Book of Work while adhering to mandated policies and procedures for governing and reporting on status of Tech Initiatives and management of risks and issues including associated mitigation plans.
+ Establish appropriate checks and balances and controls that will prompt identification of plan outliers in a more systemic manner.
+ Work with Stakeholders who raise plan queries and drive those to conclusion by proposing logical solutions.
+ Lead the development of analyses, compelling presentations and meeting materials that will move stakeholders to action. Stakeholders can include regulators and senior internal clients.
+ Work with the change management team and impacted stakeholders to facilitate change request process that will enable plan correction and ensure plan hygiene.
+ Establish process and mechanisms to store the data used for data analytics to support any future audit and/or regulatory queries.
+ Partner, collaborate and work with other areas within the company, as necessary, to come up with the best solutions/decisions.
+ Influence diverse stakeholders at various levels of seniority without direct reporting relationships to ensure appropriate response and sense of urgency.
+ Negotiate, complete analysis and research to propose solutions to resolve queries.
+ Develop a strong understanding of company policy and procedures that guide governance of a Technology Key Initiative
+ Ensure compliance with Strategic Work Effort policy and procedures mandated by a Program Management Council.
