Systems Administrator – Operations Support (Compliance & Archiving)

**Locations:** Dallas/Westlake, TX • Charlotte, NC • Phoenix, AZ • Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid or Onsite depending on location)

**Type:** Contract (Long-Term)

Company Overview:

Our client, a leader in the financial services sector, is seeking experienced Systems Administrators to join a high-impact, operations-focused infrastructure team. These roles are centered around maintaining and supporting critical archiving and compliance systems in a highly regulated environment.

This is not a project-based or development role—it is hands-on operations support that requires a strong troubleshooting mindset, scripting ability, and willingness to participate in on-call rotations.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide daily production support for enterprise archiving and compliance systems

+ Script and automate operational tasks using PowerShell

+ Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and participate in incident response

+ Perform system administration tasks in a Windows Server environment

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet compliance and performance standards

+ Support audit, regulatory, and eDiscovery tool reliability

+ Participate in after-hours on-call rotations

Must-Have Skills:

+ Strong hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting

+ Windows Server administration and production support experience

+ Exposure to Java or Tomcat-based application environments

+ Experience with archiving, compliance, or eDiscovery systems

+ Solid troubleshooting ability in high-pressure production settings

Nice-to-Have Skills:

+ Power BI or similar reporting tools

+ Experience with ServiceNow or database change management processes

+ Background in financial services or other regulated industries
