Description
The Senior Product Manager, Amazon Beauty, will own the New Product Launch Program, Insights Incubator Initiative, and creation of the Branded Entertainment Retail Program.
Key job responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Ownership of the Amazon Beauty New Product Launch Program. The objective is to expand and scale the playbook and product roadmap development across Consumables and broader North America Stores.
- Leader of the Insight Incubator Initiative where you will build the product requirements for truly transforming insights into action with the biggest brands in the Beauty industry.
- Partner with Amazon Studios, Advertising, and Amazon Live to deliver a best-in-Amazon Retail playbook for Branded Entertainment with top Beauty brands.
A day in the life
Partnering with multiple central tech and commercial teams. Uncovering breakthrough insights and planning out the next "think big" opportunity for the Beauty industry. Working with a passionate team unified against a mission to be the biggest and most trusted destination for Beauty.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- 3+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
