Overview
Design, maintain, and implement Navy Federal’s computer networks. Configure and maintain network hardware and software, monitor network performance, and troubleshoot network issues. Ensures network functionality and reliability and the overall efficiency and effectiveness of network operations. Growing an understanding of business needs and objectives. Solve a range of mostly straightforward problems with some increased scope and complexity. Developing professional with basic skill set and proficiency with procedures and techniques.
Responsibilities
+ Design and implement network systems to meet organizational needs.
+ Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
+ Monitor network performance metrics and work towards improving network efficiency and reliability.
+ Ensure network security and integrity issues through proper configurations and monitoring.
+ Collaborate with team members on various projects and initatives to enhance network capabilities.
+ Resolve network issues, providing effective and timely solutions.
Qualifications
+ 2-5 years of experience in network engineering.
+ Basic understanding of business and operating environment.
+ Basic knowledge of network hardware, software, and security protocols.
+ Basic skill in configuring and maintaining network systems.
+ Experience in designing and troubleshooting network systems.
+ Experience with network security protocols and performance optimization.
+ Basic problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to operate independently.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM
