As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will ensure our client's facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

    What you’ll do

    + Perform commercial HVAC service, ensuring systems operate flawlessly.

    + Conduct electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks to keep buildings up to CBRE and client standards.

    + Respond to and resolve service requests efficiently and effectively.

    + Diagnose and repair HVAC systems using standard methodologies and established processes.

    + Strictly adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

    + Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.

    + Collaborate with team members and clients to determine the best solutions for facility needs.

    + Successfully implement preventative maintenance programs.

    What you’ll need

    + Proven experience in commercial HVAC service.

    + Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.

    + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

    + Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

    + Outstanding communication and customer service skills.

    + Certification or technical training in HVAC preferred.
