+ Perform functional tests (compression, leak‑down, oil pressure, etc.) and document results.

+ Diagnose mechanical issues quickly—root cause, repair, verify.

+ Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow all lab safety protocols.

+ Learn dynamometer operations side‑by‑side with senior Dyno Techs—calibration, control software, and test cell procedures.

+ 2+ years hands‑on experience with gasoline or diesel engines (shop, racing, dealership, military, or similar).

+ Solid understanding of engine fundamentals: timing, fuel/air, lubrication, cooling.

+ Ability to read service manuals, wiring diagrams, and basic schematics.

+ Comfortable with hand tools, torque specs, precision measuring devices.

+ Strong teamwork and communication skills; detail‑driven record keeper.

+ Willingness to work occasional off‑shift or weekend hours to meet test schedules.

+ Bonus points for: dyno exposure, welding/fabrication, or CAN‑bus data logging.

    Why Martin Technologies

+ Competitive hourly pay + overtime opportunity.

+ Medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.

+ Skill‑building: formal dyno training and mentorship from industry veterans.

+ Diverse programs across automotive, marine, aerospace, and defense—never a dull day.
