About Pheasant Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation:

What You'll Do as a CNA:

As a Full-Time CNA at Pheasant Ridge, you'll play an essential role in our residents' daily lives. Your responsibilities will include:

+ Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and feeding

+ Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes in patient health

+ Providing companionship and support to residents and their families

+ Ensuring that the highest level of care is delivered in a safe, dignified, and respectful manner

This position follows a **12-hour Master Schedule** with rotating weekends, giving you the chance to build strong relationships with residents and families. The schedule is designed to offer a **healthy work-life balance** while maintaining excellent standards of care.

What We're Looking for in You:

To be successful in this role, you should bring:

+ A **valid CNA license** in the State of Virginia

+ **Strong interpersonal skills** and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
