Here’s the Gist: You will work to support the Mohawk Valley products from setup through yield improvements to achieve or exceed yield targets. You will be responsible for determining if individual products meet the factory D0 goals, identifying gaps and engineering solutions to resolve these gaps. The Day-to-Day Own product family die yield and be accountable for root cause investigation of any deviations Assist in process windowing activities to ensure products are targeted properly from a probe parametric standpoint Proactively monitor in-fab monitors, defectivity data, and PCM trends to ensure product is healthy Manage key process/product improvement projects by defining key deliverables and hitting timelines Develop solutions to problems utilizing statistical knowledge and structured problem-solving tools This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements): BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Equivalent with 5+ Yrs of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry Strong semiconductor process knowledge an yield improvement Background in device physics and experience analyzing PCM and probe data Proficient in statistical data analysis using JMP and able to write scripts to pull relevant data (in-fab monitors, defect, PCM, probe, etc..) Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal skills Strong organizational and project management skills This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management. The posted salary range is what Wolfspeed reasonably expects to pay for this position. Actual pay for a hired applicant will be determined based on the individual’s job-relevant qualifications, experience, and other determinative factors. In the event it is determined that a different job level upon hire is warranted then that range will be communicated to the hired applicant as soon as reasonably practicable.
