One of our valued third-party clients is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Order Processing Specialist to join their team. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient order process while providing exceptional support to both customers and the internal sales team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a high volume of email communication, processing purchase orders with accuracy, and sending timely confirmations. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to problem-solve under pressure are essential, as is a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. You'll also assist with general office responsibilities such as answering phones, filing, and supporting team members as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must, and experience or willingness to learn the MCS system is highly valued. Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in a benefits administration or related role.

• Strong proficiency in handling inbound telephone calls and providing excellent customer service.

• Demonstrated ability to manage email campaigns and maintain effective written communication.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Exceptional multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Experience with order entry and maintaining accurate records.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
