Description

A growing financial services company in Daly City is looking for a Bookkeeper who sees beyond debits and credits — someone who can bring order to financial complexity and a little magic to spreadsheets.

What You’ll Do

As the Bookkeeper, you’ll be the backbone of financial accuracy. Your days will include:

+ Recording financial transactions with precision and timeliness

+ Reconciling bank and credit card statements like a puzzle pro

+ Managing accounts payable and receivable

+ Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes

+ Collaborating with our accountants to prepare financial reports

+ Helping clients understand their financial position without speaking in jargon

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

This isn’t just about data entry. We want someone who’s:

+ Experienced: 2+ years in bookkeeping or accounting, ideally in a small business or agency environment

+ Tech-savvy: Comfortable using QuickBooks Online, Excel/Google Sheets, and modern fintech tools
