Description We are looking for a skilled Database Analyst to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in managing and analyzing data to support business intelligence and operational needs. This role requires expertise in database systems, data analysis, and dashboard creation, alongside proficiency in tools like Microsoft SQL Server and Power BI.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain database systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

• Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends and insights that drive business decisions.

• Develop and manage dashboards and reports using tools such as Microsoft Power BI.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.

• Perform regular database backups and implement recovery strategies to safeguard data.

• Optimize database objects and structures to improve efficiency and scalability.

• Utilize CRM systems to manage and analyze customer data effectively.

• Apply AB testing methodologies to evaluate data-driven strategies and outcomes.

• Support business intelligence initiatives by providing accurate and timely data.

• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues to ensure operational continuity. Requirements • Proven experience with database systems such as DB2 and Microsoft SQL Server.

• Strong proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools, including Power BI.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and their application in data management.

• Ability to create dashboards and reports tailored to business needs.

• Knowledge of database backup technologies and recovery strategies.

• Expertise in optimizing database objects and structures.

• Understanding of AB testing principles and their application in data evaluation.
