About the Role

As a Financial Analyst, your work will go far beyond spreadsheets. You will be a trusted resource, providing leadership with the critical insights they need to make data-driven decisions. You’ll take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, helping to shape the financial health and future of the organization. Collaboration will be at the core of your role as you work with stakeholders across multiple departments to collect data, generate actionable insights, and build financial clarity.

What You’ll Do

+ Budgeting: Manage and prepare budgets to guide strategic decision-making and operational planning.

+ Forecasting: Develop reliable financial forecasts to predict future performance and anticipate growth opportunities.

+ Variance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and explain variance metrics, providing actionable recommendations to mitigate risks and support organizational goals.

+ Collaboration Across Teams: Partner closely with cross-departmental teams to validate financial insights and ensure alignment on budgetary priorities.

+ Executive Reporting: Deliver insights through professional presentations and reports tailored for senior leadership audiences.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:

+ Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus!).

+ 3+ years of financial analysis experience, specifically in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

+ Technical Skills:

+ Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, data visualization, etc.) and financial modeling expertise.

+ Familiarity with ERP systems and financial planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Adaptive Insights).

+ Soft Skills:

+ Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders clearly and concisely.

+ A proactive, detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

+ A love for problem-solving and translating data into strategies that drive success.
