A prestigious Law Firm in Fort Worthi is seeking an experienced attorney to focus primarily on general business and commercial litigation in Fort Worth, Texas, 76102, United States. This role involves managing all aspects of commercial litigation cases and providing sound legal advice to clients. The selected candidate will be working in a collaborative environment with other legal professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage business litigation cases from start to finish.

• Utilize Adobe Acrobat and Case Management Software for efficient document management.

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

• Prepare for and respond to discovery requests, ensuring that all relevant information is presented.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and trials, ensuring their best interests are always represented.

• Develop and implement case strategies based on a comprehensive understanding of each case.

• Negotiate settlements and strive for the most favorable outcomes for clients.

• Collaborate effectively with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure a seamless workflow.

• Continually update knowledge of relevant laws and regulations to maintain a high level of expertise.

Requirements

• Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in as a Commercial Business Litigation

• Must be licensed in Texas--if candidate has ties to Fort Worth, that would be wonderful

• Demonstrated experience in using Case Management Software to oversee and handle cases effectively

• Proven ability in Document Management, ensuring all legal documents are properly filed and easily accessible

• Experience in Briefing, capable of succinctly summarizing and explaining complex legal matters

• Specialized in Commercial Litigation, with a focus on resolving disputes in the business sector

• Familiar with Complex Business Litigation, understanding the intricacies of business-related legal issues and disputes

• Must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Preferred Appellate or Judicial clerkship experience

• Strong drafting, research and presentation skills needed
