    Description

    Our client is searching for a tenured B2B content strategist to join their team and help them level up their game. This would be a resource who can speak to evaluating the current state of content strategy and then weighing in on best practices. Initially a 3 month engagement, there is an opportunity for extension depending on budget and performance.

    Role/focus:

    • Currently they are running with a dispersed model, where content strategy is being handled by multiple teams.

    • Campaigns are done at the segment level (health plans, providers, etc.)

    • Goal is to bring someone in who can partner with the segment campaign managers, sales, and account managers to examine the existing strategy.

    • They’d then look at campaign goals and annual targets, determine the intended message, pin down how much demand generation is needed, the average deal size, the sales cycle, and find the gaps

    • Once that is determined, bring it to life with holistic content strategy, e.g. a series of webinars, ebooks, interactive product demonstrations, white papers, case studies, etc.

    • Build campaigns that reflect revenue objectives, bearing in mind product launches and offerings

    Requirements

    • 10+ years’ experience with a strong B2B background

    • Previous client experience will include technology firms, data analytics, healthcare tech, or other complex industries

    • Experience taking a less mature content process and implementing changes to align with best practices
