Description We are looking for an experienced Creative Director with a strong background in paid social and performance marketing to lead creative strategies for impactful advertising campaigns. Based in El Segundo, California, this role requires a dynamic individual who can oversee end-to-end creative production, from concept to execution, while monitoring and optimizing performance metrics. You will play a pivotal role in guiding creative direction, managing talent and agency relationships, and ensuring all marketing efforts align with brand objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement innovative creative strategies for paid social campaigns that drive measurable results.
• Write detailed creative briefs for agency partners and internal teams to execute high-performing ad concepts.
• Oversee the production of creative assets, including video and static ads, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Partner with agency teams to source and manage content creators, ensuring the delivery of raw footage for ad development.
• Manage and schedule photo and video shoots, collaborating closely with talent teams to deliver high-quality assets.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Lead and mentor a team of creative marketing professionals, providing strategic guidance and support.
• Collaborate with multiple agencies to ensure seamless execution of creative deliverables across brands.
• Strategize and categorize weekly ad deliverables based on brand pillars, such as problem/solution, credibility, and promotions.
• Maintain oversight of creative strategies for affiliated brands, ensuring consistent messaging and performance across campaigns. Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in creative direction with a focus on paid social and performance marketing.
• Proven ability to manage high-level talent and navigate celebrity-oriented business environments.
• Expertise in developing campaign strategies and writing creative briefs that drive conversions.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing photo and video shoots, including managing schedules and talent.
• Strong background in direct response marketing and digital media campaigns.
• Skilled at managing vendor relationships and overseeing creative execution across multiple agencies.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies to optimize campaign outcomes.
