Description

Our third-party client—an industry leader known for its supportive culture, excellent benefits, and bonus potential—is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Billing Administrator to join their growing team. In this dynamic role, you'll take ownership of the billing process by reviewing contract change order documents and ensuring accurate setup and compliance with each customer’s billing terms. Prior AIA experience is a strong plus. You'll prepare monthly requisition-style invoices, payment applications, and retention billings—ensuring every detail is right before posting. Collaboration is key, and you'll work closely with branch teammates to resolve discrepancies and billing issues quickly and professionally. You'll also support monthly Sarbanes-Oxley compliance tasks and generate ad hoc financial reporting, while providing backup for fellow Billing Administrators when needed. Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in billing, accounting, or a related role.

• Proficiency in using accounting software systems and computerized billing tools.

• Strong understanding of contractual billing and AIA billing processes.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a team.

• Ability to handle reconciliations and ensure billing accuracy.

• Experience with answering inbound calls and delivering attentive and accurate customer service.

• Familiarity with general accounting functions and principles.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
