Sales and Operations (S& OP) Planner
• Remote – Must reside in the New York Metro area

Are you a strategic planner who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment? We are a growing manufacturing company combining custom solutions and the power of data and insights to build meaningful connections between brands and their customers.
We’re seeking a Sales and Operations (S& OP) Planner to join our collaborative and forward-thinking team. This remote role (NY Metro-based only) will work closely with senior management across forecasting, order fulfillment, vendor management, and product lifecycle planning.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Interpret customer forecasts to guide production planning and communicate delivery timelines.
+ Manage vendor inventory to meet production and order fulfillment schedules.
+ Handle purchase order processing, inventory releases, and customer shipments.
+ Lead product replenishment and end-to-end logistics for select programs.
+ Partner with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely product delivery.
+ Analyze new product launches from a supply chain and operational lens.
+ Create and maintain accurate SKU-level data and manage item codes across systems.
+ Archive documentation for POs, SOs, and logistics, supporting billing accuracy.
+ Generate special reports and provide ad-hoc analytics as needed.
Requirements
Your Background:
+ Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field preferred).
+ 3+ years’ experience in demand planning, supply chain, or operations.
+ Advanced Excel skills and fluency with Microsoft Office; systems-savvy.
+ Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a dynamic setting.
+ Excellent communicator – written and verbal – comfortable interfacing with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
+ Agile, adaptable, and team-oriented with a culture-first mindset.
