    Description

    We are looking for a detail-oriented Processor to join our team in Enon, Ohio. This is a contract position, offering an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for accuracy. In this role, you will support essential office functions related to accounting and data management in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Enter invoices and coupon amounts into the system with accuracy and efficiency.

    • Review and verify daily reports to ensure data integrity.

    • Proofread postings and transactions to identify and correct any discrepancies.

    • Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and manage spreadsheets for various accounting tasks.

    • Provide general office support, including data entry and administrative duties.

    • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflow.

    • Maintain a high level of attention to detail when completing tasks.

    • Adapt to changing priorities and work independently to accomplish objectives.

    Requirements • Previous experience in an office environment is required.

     

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.

    • Strong data entry skills, including alphanumeric input, are necessary.

    • Customer service experience is preferred.

    • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a fast-paced setting.

    • Familiarity with basic accounting processes is a plus.
