Join a thriving company as an Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist where your role will be crucial in managing vendor relationships and ensuring correct financial records. The AP Specialist manages a high volume of transactions and ensures processing efficiency in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Review, verify, and process invoices and expenses with accuracy and timeliness.

+ Reconcile vendor accounts, resolving any issues or discrepancies through prompt communication.

+ Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions, ensuring proper coding and expense allocation.

+ Prepare and execute payments via checks, ACH, wire transfers, and other payment methods.

+ Assist with month-end closing processes, journal entries, and account reconciliations related to accounts payable.

+ Verify and process employee reimbursements by following company policies and guidelines.

+ Create and maintain positive vendor relations while responding to inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements

+ 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.

+ Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced proficiency in Excel.

+ Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and internal controls.

+ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

+ Knowledge of GAAP principles is preferred but not required.
