Description
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, drive loyalty, and support business growth. This role will own the strategy behind all marketing campaigns, with a key focus on product launches, brand partnerships, and performance reporting.
In addition to brand leadership, this role will directly manage a team of four direct reports, overseeing their performance, conducting reviews, and mentoring their professional growth. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Brand Strategy
+ Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all marketing campaigns to support brand growth and customer engagement.
+ Develop annual brand plans including objectives, budgets, timelines, and success metrics.
+ Ensure brand positioning, voice, and messaging are clear, consistent, and aligned across all consumer touchpoints.
+ Collaborate across departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives and audience needs.
Product Launches & Partnerships
+ Own go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring impactful positioning and successful rollouts.
+ Build and execute co-branded initiatives with external partners and collaborators.
+ Plan and activate experiential brand events, influencer campaigns, and integrated activations.
Team Leadership & Development
+ Manage a team of four direct reports, providing clear direction, support, and accountability.
+ Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance evaluations, and goal-setting conversations.
+ Mentor and coach team members to support their career development and drive high performance.
+ Foster a positive, collaborative team culture built on trust, creativity, and results.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
+ Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across all channels (digital, social, email, print, streaming, etc.).
+ Work closely with agencies, internal creatives, and media partners to deliver high-impact content and activations.
+ Ensure timely execution and flawless delivery of all marketing initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting
+ Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, brand health, and ROI.
+ Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform future marketing strategy.
+ Use data to continuously refine campaign tactics and identify growth opportunities.
Budget & Resource Oversight
+ Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring smart investment and efficiency.
+ Monitor financial targets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements
+ 5+ years in brand marketing or brand management, ideally in CPG or a consumer-facing industry.
+ At least 2 years of experience directly managing and developing a team.
+ Strong track record of leading product launches and integrated campaigns.
+ Deep understanding of DTC and eCommerce marketing strategies and platforms.
+ Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta, SEO/SEM, email), analytics platforms, and reporting dashboards.
+ Clear communicator and mentor with excellent leadership and people development skills.
+ Creative thinker with a data-driven approach and a passion for building standout brands.
Education
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
