Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative - Funding (Tier II) to join our team in West Henrietta, New York. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting accounts receivable functions and ensuring accurate reporting and customer satisfaction. This is a long-term contract position offering an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic payroll services environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry for invoiced purchases to maintain organized and efficient records.

• Prepare and review weekly packets detailing accounts receivable activity, reserve analysis, and other financial metrics.

• Monitor and analyze weekly invoice information to identify inconsistencies and assess potential risks.

• Generate and distribute detailed financial reports, including accounts receivable aging and subsidiary statements, to senior management.

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries, maintaining effective communication.

• Assist with additional tasks as assigned to support organizational goals and policies.

• Maintain adherence to company procedures while fostering teamwork and a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service and accounts receivable functions.

• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with financial reporting systems

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for report preparation and analysis.

• Ability to identify risks and inconsistencies in invoice and payment data.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with customers and team members.

• Knowledge of payment processing, including ACH transactions.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for training purposes and adapt to dynamic work schedules.
