    Director, Corporate Restructuring – Remote (U.S. Based)

     

    We are working with a highly regarded, long-standing organization that provides specialized administrative services to companies undergoing complex corporate restructurings. With a national footprint and decades of industry experience, this firm supports high-stakes legal processes and is known for its operational excellence, employee retention, and strong track record of internal promotion. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional in the corporate restructuring and bankruptcy services space.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead and manage all aspects of large-scale corporate restructuring engagements including complex mailings, solicitation, scheduling, and voting certifications.

    + Serve as the senior point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

    + Oversee case management teams and provide high-level strategic guidance across functions.

    + Maintain deep knowledge of bankruptcy case procedures and legal documentation.

    + Report to the Executive Vice President of Corporate Restructuring Services.

     

    This is a high-visibility leadership role that requires flexibility and responsiveness, especially to requests that may come in after 5 PM PST. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where client needs often occur outside of standard business hours.

     

    Drug screening is required prior to hire.

    Requirements

    + 5+ years in professional services or consulting within the corporate bankruptcy space.

    + Strong expertise in claims and noticing, financial restructuring, and Chapter 11 case administration.

    + End-to-end knowledge of client interaction, operational execution, and compliance.
