    Robert Half is looking for a meticulous and organized Payroll Administrator to manage payroll processes and support financial operations in our client's Philadelphia office. This Payroll Administrator role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of payroll procedures, accounting tasks, and legal industry nuances. Join our team and contribute to maintaining accuracy and efficiency in our financial workflows.

    Responsibilities:

    + Oversee biweekly and semi-monthly payroll processing for a team of 70+ employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

    + Perform bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are properly accounted for.

    + Prepare and record journal entries to support accounting operations.

    + Maintain compliance with legal and organizational policies related to payroll and financial reporting.

    Requirements

    The ideal Payroll Administrator will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.

    Other requirements for the Payroll Administrator role include and are not limited to:

    + 3+ years of accounting and payroll experience

    + Experience in a legal environment

    + Proficiency in Paycom

    + Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism.

    + Proven ability to perform under deadlines, to adjust plans to meet changing needs and requirements.
