Description We are looking for an experienced Estate Planning and Probate Attorney to join a reputable law firm in Fort Worth, Texas. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and transparent environment with a clear path to equity ownership. Responsibilities:

• Draft and review legal documents related to estate planning, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.

• Oversee the administration of estates and probate processes, ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Advise clients on matters such as wealth preservation, asset protection, and probate litigation.

• Collaborate with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals to create tailored estate plans.

• Represent clients in probate court proceedings and other related legal matters.

• Conduct legal research to stay updated on changes in estate planning and probate law.

• Manage client relationships to ensure clear communication and high-quality service.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced legal staff as needed.

• Maintain accurate records and case files using legal software and document management tools. Requirements • Active license to practice law in the state of Texas (required).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning and probate law (required).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (required).

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal cases independently.

• Experience with legal software and document management systems.

• Some portable business or existing client base (preferred).

• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and other professionals.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
