Description We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Hamilton, Ohio. The ideal candidate will excel in managing construction-related accounting tasks and will play a key role in overseeing financial operations. This position offers the opportunity to grow into an office management role.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.

• Perform detailed bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

• Manage billing functions, including the preparation and issuance of invoices.

• Oversee construction accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with industry-specific standards.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and data analysis.

• Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.

• Assist in transitioning to an office management role by mastering administrative and operational responsibilities.

• Monitor and resolve discrepancies in accounting records and financial documentation.

• Provide support during audits and ensure adherence to financial regulations. Requirements

• Proven experience in construction accounting, including familiarity with industry-specific practices.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel QuickBooks

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.

• Ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.

• Excellent billing and invoicing skills, with attention to detail.

• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and prepare financial statements.

• Effective communication and organizational skills.

• Willingness to take on office management responsibilities as part of career growth.
