    Description

    + Position: Underwriting Associate

    + Location: 202A Hall's Mill Road, Readington Township, New Jersey, 08889, United States

    + Type: 100% ONSITE

    + Hourly Pay Range: $20 - $22/per hour

    Roles/Responsibilities

    - Downloading renewal analysis template with core information for Underwriting Assistance review 90 days prior to renewal

     

    - Reviewing the policy Implementation document within 3 days of receipt to make sure it matches the quote

     

    - Sending multiline policies /endorsements to be booked and issued

     

    - Reaching out to brokers and overseas Chubb producing office for renewal information within 90-60 days of renewal

     

    - Sending policy copies to brokers as requested

     

    - Helping Underwriting Assistances / Underwriters review and resolve Work Comp criticisms

     

    - Additional tasks as needed

    Qualifications

    - Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

     

    - Experience managing high-volume workloads efficiently

     

    - Strong desk management skills to prioritize tasks and maintain organization

     

    - Adaptability to quickly shift focus and respond to changing priorities

     

    - Strong verbal and written communication skills.

     

    - Must be detail-oriented with the ability to compile evaluate and interpret detailed information and data

     

    - Strong data entry and computer skills proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook

    Requirements

    Experience/Education

    - Years of experience - 1 Underwriting Assistant

     

    - Skill set required - do they need to have Microsoft office Excel or Access Word etc. - Yes

     

    - Education - High School degree
