    Description We are looking for a highly skilled Senior IT Auditor to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to identify technology risks, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with industry standards.     Responsibilities:

    • Plan and execute IT audit engagements to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.

    • Identify areas of business and technology risks and recommend actionable improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.

    • Develop and deliver comprehensive audit reports, including process flows, work programs, and control summaries.

    • Stay updated on emerging trends in data and technology, such as cybersecurity, cloud computing, and data governance.

    • Collaborate with clients to effectively communicate audit findings and provide tailored recommendations.

    • Lead and mentor audit teams, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

    • Utilize analytics and technology tools, such as automation and AI/ML, to enhance audit processes and insights.

    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring excellent client experiences.

    • Assist in evaluating and interpreting data to support audit findings and business decisions. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

    • At least 2 years of experience in internal audit, consulting, assurance services, or related roles.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Visio and Access is a plus.

    • Knowledge of IT audit methodologies, internal control frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001), and Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance.

    • Experience with enterprise applications such as ERP systems, Workday, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.

    • Familiarity with analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or Python is advantageous.

    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technology topics for diverse audiences, including executives.

    • Certifications such as CISA, CPA, CISSP, or similar are preferred.
