Description

We are looking for a dedicated Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to join our law firm client's legal team in the Greater Phoenix Area, Arizona. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing personal injury cases starting at intake, negotiating settlements, and providing exceptional legal advocacy to clients. Responsibilities:

• Handle pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through resolution, ensuring high-quality legal representation.

• Manage case files using case management software to track progress and maintain organized documentation.

• Draft and review legal documents, including briefs, correspondence, and settlement agreements.

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and decision-making.

• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case handling and client communication.

• Provide clear and compassionate guidance to clients throughout the legal process.

• Maintain compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards in all case-related activities.

• Utilize knowledge of civil litigation and claim administration to strengthen case outcomes.

Requirements

• Active Arizona bar license required. California license a plus.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pre-litigation personal injury law.

• Proficiency in case management and document management software.

• Strong skills in legal briefing, civil litigation, and claim administration.

• Proven ability to negotiate settlements effectively.

• Experience working with personal injury plaintiffs.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
