Description We are looking for a meticulous and well-organized Loan Processor to join our team in Greenwood Village, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for managing commercial loan applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate, and adhering to industry regulations. This position plays a vital role in facilitating efficient loan processing and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of commercial loan applications and associated documentation.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, lending regulations, and industry standards throughout the loan processing cycle.

• Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and provide updates on their loan applications.

• Collaborate with underwriters, loan officers, and other internal teams to expedite loan approvals and funding.

• Input and maintain accurate loan-related data in internal systems to ensure up-to-date records.

• Organize and securely store loan documents, ensuring easy accessibility when needed.

• Conduct quality control audits to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in loan files.

• Track and report on loan processing metrics, providing regular updates to supervisors on the status of applications. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in commercial loan processing or a similar position.

• Strong understanding of commercial lending practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency in loan processing software and general office tools, including Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize workload effectively.
