Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst with a strong accounting foundation to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a hybrid skill set in finance and accounting, allowing them to excel in both financial analysis and senior accounting responsibilities. This role is designed for a versatile detail oriented who is comfortable working in dynamic business environments and has extensive experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, and Sage.
This position requires analytical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. As part of our team, you’ll play a critical role in bridging the gap between finance and accounting by working cross-functionally with key stakeholders to drive efficiencies and improve financial performance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA, CMA, MBA, or other detail oriented certifications are strongly preferred. 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and technical accounting roles, with demonstrated capabilities in both functions. Advanced knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, and Sage. Familiarity with implementation and ERP optimization is a plus. Proficient with financial reporting tools like Power BI and advanced Excel (e.g., pivot tables, macros, data visualization). Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements with experience supporting audits. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a hybrid (in-office/remote) environment. Preferred Skills:
Experience in industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, government, nonprofit, real estate, software or financial services. Knowledge of emerging AI technologies and their applications in financial analysis or accounting functions. Experience leading or mentoring teams to upskill them in financial and ERP-related tasks.
