    Description

    Robert Half Finance & Accounting has partnered with an organization in St. Louis seeking a full-time Accounting Analyst. The Accounting Analyst must possess strong communication/organizational skills with a high attention to detail to identify problems and implement solutions.

    Accounting Analyst Responsibilities:

    • Month-end close

    • Financial/variance/trend analysis

    • Account/bank reconciliations

    • Budgeting

    • Financial reporting

    • Inventory analysis/cycle counts

    Accounting Analyst Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor degree in Accounting required

    • 3+ years of accounting and analysis experience in a manufacturing environment

    • Intermediate Excel skills with Dynamics GP
