Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team near Fort Mill, SC. In this role, you will drive financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and optimize business performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial systems, data analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

+ Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support business objectives.

+ Develop and maintain financial models to guide budgeting, forecasting, and capital management processes.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial reporting and ensure data accuracy.

+ Assist with month end where needed

+ Conduct audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies.

+ Identify trends and opportunities through data mining techniques to enhance financial outcomes.

+ Support the implementation and improvement of business systems and processes.

+ Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.

+ Manage and monitor budget allocations to ensure alignment with company goals.

+ Oversee capital management strategies to maximize investment returns

Requirements

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field.

+ Experience with accounting functions, auditing, and budget management.

+ Familiarity with capital management processes and best practices.

+ Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

+ Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to diverse audiences.

+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.
