Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Thorofare, New Jersey. This position involves managing cash applications, chargebacks, and other key accounts receivable functions. As a long-term contract role, it offers the opportunity to contribute to the financial success of a leading wholesale distribution company.

Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile customer payments, including cash applications and chargebacks.

• Monitor and maintain accurate accounts receivable records in compliance with company policies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing disputes and discrepancies efficiently.

• Utilize ERP and accounting software systems to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Prepare detailed reports on cash activity and accounts receivable metrics.

• Manage customer inquiries related to account balances and payment status.

• Support the implementation and optimization of financial systems and workflows.

• Ensure timely and accurate billing processes to meet organizational deadlines.

• Analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends and improve collection strategies. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, cash applications, and chargebacks.

• Proficiency in accounting software systems, including ERP and CRM tools.

• Familiarity with Epic Software and ADP financial services.

• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and billing functions.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle cash activity accurately.

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
