Lisa Cole with Robert Half We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Roseville, California. This role involves overseeing the financial operations for multiple entities, including monthly reporting, account reconciliation, and compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities:

• Lead the month-end close process and prepare accurate financial statements for a multi-entity corporation.

• Monitor bank account balances to ensure compliance with liquidity requirements.

• Coordinate audits and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

• Reconcile the general ledger and provide full documentation for reported balances.

• Mentor and guide less experienced accountants on assigned tasks and responsibilities.

• Assist with year-end audit preparation and tax return documentation.

• Develop and issue timely reports to stakeholders and affiliates.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field

• 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in real estate development or public accounting.

• Proficiency in general ledger management, journal entries, and account reconciliation.

• Strong knowledge of month-end close processes and financial statement preparation.

• Experience with balance sheet and bank reconciliations.

• Ability to manage corporate cash flow budgeting and forecasting.

• Familiarity with preparing audit materials and tax documentation.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
