Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Firestone, Colorado. This role involves analyzing financial data to provide actionable insights, assisting in budgeting processes, and supporting project profitability assessments. The ideal candidate will contribute to informed decision-making through accurate reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the development and review of divisional business plans, ensuring accuracy and quality.

• Consolidate departmental budgets into organizational formats for streamlined reporting.

• Monitor and manage project profitability throughout its lifecycle, providing detailed assessments.

• Deliver profitability analyses and comparative reports to support management decisions.

• Identify financial challenges, propose solutions, and implement strategies for improvement.

• Support accounting operations and oversee specialized financial projects.

• Assist in month-end closing activities and analyze financial results for accuracy.

• Prepare reports and analyses required by corporate leadership.

• Provide financial guidance and recommendations to managers to enhance decision-making.

• Maintain professionalism and ethical standards in all business activities. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Four to seven years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.

• Proficiency in accounting software systems and CRM platforms.

• Strong knowledge of budget processes, accrual accounting, and auditing practices.

• Ability to analyze and interpret data using tools such as Crystal Reports and data mining techniques.

• Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to recommend actionable solutions.

• Capacity to handle extended periods of sitting and moderate noise environments.

• Availability for occasional overnight travel.
