    We’re looking for the next generation of high-performing, post-graduate talents to take our company forward. LLA´s Graduate Program is management development program like no other, with real responsibility from day one.

    What does the role involve?

     

    LLA´s Graduate Program is a two-year program, where you’ll quickly be involved in a range of strategic projects, with lots of exposure to senior management. It’s fast paced and challenging, but we’ll closely coach and mentor you. The program is split into 2 stages of work:

     

    + **First Year:** Strategic Local projects (Content and approach depends on the Function: Sales, Finance, Customer Experience)

    + **Second Year:** Strategic Regional Project

    Program rotations:

    Software Development Rotation:

    + Collaborate in the design, development, and testing of software applications under the supervision of senior developers.

    + Participate in writing code in languages relevant to our projects (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C# - specify according to the company).

    + Learn and apply agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

    + Assist in debugging and maintaining existing software.

    + Become familiar with version control tools (e.g., Git) and integrated development environments (IDEs).

    + Contribute to the technical documentation of development projects.

    Technology Project Management Rotation:

    + Support Project Managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects.

    + Learn about the project lifecycle and project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile).

    + Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

    + Collaborate in creating timelines and assigning tasks.

    + Participate in team and stakeholder meetings, assisting in drafting minutes and tracking agreements.

    + Become familiar with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project – specify).

    + Contribute to the identification and mitigation of basic project risks.

    IT Operations Rotation:

    + Provide first-level technical support to internal users, resolving hardware and software incidents.

    + Participate in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, peripherals, and software.

    + Learn about basic network administration (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP) and the company's technology infrastructure.

    + Assist in systems and services monitoring tasks.

    + Become familiar with incident and service request management procedures.

    + Collaborate in managing IT asset inventory and software licenses.

    + Understand basic cybersecurity concepts and participate in the application of security policies.

    What you need is:

    + You’ve recently graduated, with a Bachelor´s degree. Your degree is likely to be in Business Management, Computer Engineering, Finance, Information Technology but we’ll other subjects’ studies if you can prove you have a mind for our business.

    + You’ve spent up to three years, in a professional environment, like an internship, apprenticeship or work experience, or have just started your career and want an opportunity where you can perform well and progress.

    + You’re fluent in English and Spanish (if applying to PTY or PR) and Fluent in English and Dutch (Dutch Caribbean).

    + You’re mature and assertive, curious, and committed. You’re a flexible team player with good communication and social skills.

    + Fundamental principles of programming and software development (algorithms, data structures).

    + Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript).

    + Basic understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL).

    + General concepts of operating systems (Windows, Linux).

    + Notions of computer networks.

    + Interest in project management and agile methodologies.

    + Basic knowledge of office hardware and software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
