What You’ll Do:

As the Security Operations Manager, you’ll be the on-site leader and key liaison between DSI and our client. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, ensure staff coverage, and uphold the highest standards in service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

+ Overseeing security operations to maintain a safe, secure environment for hospital staff, visitors, and patients.

+ Managing scheduling, staffing, and administrative records.

+ Providing coaching and leadership to on-site security personnel.

+ Promoting a proactive safety culture by identifying and resolving potential hazards.

+ Acting as the primary point of contact for client communication and relationship management.

+ Ensuring compliance with client expectations, DSI policies, and post orders.

What You Bring:

+ A passion for leadership, safety, and service.

+ 3+ years of security management experience (hospital or healthcare setting preferred).

+ Prior experience in contract security, military, or law enforcement.

+ Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.

+ Basic to intermediate computer proficiency.

+ Ability to conduct foot patrols, lift moderately heavy items, and work in various weather conditions.

+ Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset.

Requirements:

+ Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ Valid driver’s license preferred.

+ Reliable transportation and communication.

+ Must pass background check and drug screening.
