ZoomCare is seeking a **Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant** to join our dynamic team! Come develop your skills with ongoing support from our medical leadership team!

SCHEDULE

+ Work 34 hours per week receiving full time benefits. Wednesday - Saturday.

+ **Unmatched work life balance with no admin days, no on call time and no evening hours.**

+ Scheduled appointments - no staying late to work through a waiting room full of patients.

+ Clinic positions require you to attend 2-3 weeks of training. The first week will be at your primary location and partially remote, the second and third weeks include traveling to multiple clinics in the area.

+ Depending on the position and associated requirements, there may be additional mandatory training requirements that are outside of your scheduled shift.

COMPENSATION

+ Salary Range: $130,000 - $145,000 per year plus bonus potential and shift pay.

+ **This range is approximately equivalent to $73 - 82 per hour**

+ **Sign on Bonus or Relocation Assistance Eligible up to $15,000**

QUALIFICATIONS

+ Physician Assistant Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA OR Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner

+ Must have at least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care.

+ Experience seeing patients of all ages.

+ Must be able to demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer.

+ Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.

WORKING CONDITIONS

+ Standing for long periods of time

+ Vaccinated against Hepatitis B., MMR, PPD, Varicella (Chickenpox), TD/TDAP, and COVID-19

+ Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator.

+ Must wear a mask as needed.

+ **Clinical timelines and work volume / deadlines may require more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this job.**

+ **Ability and willingness to move to a different clinic location based on business needs.**
