We’re currently looking for a talented full-time Project Manager to join our team in Australia. If you’re interested in joining an innovative, exciting, MedTech focused CRO, we’d love to talk to you.
About the Role
Reporting to the local head of Project Management you’ll be responsible for:
- Proactively managing all aspects of the trial process including timelines, budgets, quality & cross functional teams
- Client management - maintaining & developing relationships with our clients, providing guidance and solutions
- Preparing project related plans as well as implementing quality standards and risk mitigation strategies
- Providing strategy and leadership across projects
- Financial management of your projects, including backlog and forecasting
- Aiding in the development and review of essential documents to ensure alignment with ISO14155/ICH-GCP, SOPs and local regulations.
- Leading teams in the delivery of the contracted project
- Train and mentor project team members and other staff as needed

We ask
+ Relevant degree, science or nursing preferred
+ Minimum 5 years’ experience working in clinical research, ideally with demonstrated leadership as a Project Manager
+ A sound knowledge & understanding of ISO14155 / ICH-GCP and local regulations
+ Exposure to a broad range of trials, across multiple therapeutic areas and phases – experience with FIH and medical devices are a plus.
+ Based in Australia (east coast)
