Purpose:
As Izervay Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading strategic and tactical project management efforts, supporting global marketing initiatives. You will ensure efficient execution of product strategies, operational alignment, and functional integration while fostering innovation and driving success in global launches and product lifecycle management.
You will act as a strategic partner to global and functional teams, coordinating activities that enable process implementation, risk mitigation, and delivery of results aligned with organizational objectives.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
_Operational Leadership:_
+ Plan, coordinate, and participate in global co-creation and commercial planning activities, ensuring cross-functional and regional collaboration. Plan and coordinate the iGBP & operational plan dissemination to affiliates.
+ Oversee the execution of innovation initiatives, aligning them with corporate goals.
+ Manage legal and compliance reviews of global materials (iGBP) and their dissemination to affiliates, including via the Brand Portal.
_Project and Risk Management:_
+ Manage AMT & GCT activities and deliverables essential to strategy creation & execution and lifecycle management. Document meeting minutes, decisions made and action items during meetings and communicate details to Affiliates and Enabling functions as appropriate.
+ Coordinate and monitor project timelines, activities, and deliverables, including strategic planning and operational execution. Implement corrective plans to address timelines when needed.
+ Identify, mitigate, and track risks related to critical activities, fostering informed decision-making.
_Communication and Integration:_
+ Document and communicate decisions and action items from strategic meetings (AMT and GCT).
+ Enhance the Brand Portal with all meetings materials, promotional materials, news and articles, calendar, monthly leadership decks, etc.
_Innovation and Process Improvement:_
+ Develop and implement project management tools and methodologies to maximize efficiency.
+ Lead and drive Agile ways of working for the brand team and associated teams.
+ Drive continuous improvements that promote agility and operational effectiveness.
_Global Coordination:_
+ Support global activities such as workshops, strategic meetings, and conferences.
+ Ensure cross-functional integration and alignment across relevant Value Delivery, Value Creation and Enabling functions.
Qualifications Required:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
+ Solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
+ Proven experience managing strategic and tactical projects.
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, negotiation, and influencing capabilities.
+ Ability to lead in matrixed and multicultural environments.
+ Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred:
+ PMP certification.
+ Master’s degree in business administration, science, or a related field.
+ Experience leveraging AI to drive efficiency.
+ Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Clarizen).
+ Knowledge of global drug development and product lifecycle management.
Additional Information:
+ This is a permanent full-time position.
+ This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and minimum 1 day per quarter in our respective local affiliate office. Flexibility may be required in line with business need. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
Compensation Range:$140,000 - $187,000 00(NOTE: Final Salary could be more or less, based on experience.)
