Qualifications:

+ Experience: Seeking a Master Certified Technician or Lead Tech with a demonstrated record of enhancing service department performance and boosting customer satisfaction. State of Michigan certification is required and must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.

+ Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.

+ Technical Knowledge: CDK experience is preferred, along with a comprehensive understanding of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
