The ideal candidate will have strong grant management experience, an understanding of affordable housing finance and development principles, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Housing Trust Fund Program Coordinator may need to be available to attend Metro Council meetings, including related committee meetings, which occur in the evening.
