**Shift:** Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM ET
**Work Flexibility:** Hybrid ( _3x onsite per week_ )

Summary:
As an integral part of the Robotics & Enabling Tech team, and member of DRE’s (Digital Robotics & Enabling Technologies) Executive Administration team, the Executive Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth operation of both executive functions supporting the Vice President of Clinical Applications and on-site administrative support at our Weston office. This position involves handling a range of responsibilities to facilitate efficient operations and support various initiatives within the team.
What You Will Do:
+ Manage busy travel plans: Skillfully coordinate complex travel arrangements and schedules for the Department VP, ensuring seamless logistics and optimal time management.
+ Coordinate on-site meetings: Facilitate on-site meetings by coordinating logistics, preparing meeting spaces, and ensuring all necessary materials and resources are readily available.
+ Process expense reports and payments: Efficiently process expense reports and manage payments for office-related needs, contributing to financial transparency and accountability.
+ Handle day-to-day operations: Support Weston office, local team and onsite meetings
+ Support Special Projects: Collaborate with the Program Manager to provide administrative support for special projects and meetings, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in meeting dynamic project requirements.
+ Partner closely with communication stakeholders to strategize and implement communication plans, guaranteeing smooth coordination and the effective dissemination of internal communications, announcements, and updates. Ensure internal messages are not only clear and consistent but also in harmony with the overarching communication goals of Stryker.
What You Need:
_Required_ **:**
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent
+ 5+ years’ experience supporting Executive Leadership in a similar capacity
+ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite technology, including Outlook Calendar with complex meeting scheduling across multiple time zones, document creation, spreadsheet creation, and presentation creation.

+ Associate or bachelor’s degree
