Stryker is seeking to hire a Senior Manager, R&D Engineering with a focus in product development to support Stryker's Joint Replacement division. This role will support new product development. This role is hybrid and located in Mahwah, NJ.

Job Description:
_What you will do:_
+ Engage with stakeholders across multiple teams to align goals, resolve challenges, and drive project success.
+ Collaborate across business units to ensure the seamless execution of initiatives and cross-functional integration.
+ Translate vision into results, championing project vision and driving measurable business outcomes.
+ Lead complex projects, managing large-scale initiatives and guiding teams through ambiguity.
+ Shape strategy and innovation, contributing to the development of future-focused implants utilizing robotics applications.
+ Develop and execute shared roadmaps, working with teams across Stryker.
+ Drive efficiency and scalability, optimizing inventory management, cost structures, and global operations.
+ Push boundaries, thinking beyond traditional solutions to advance technology and business impact.
What You Need:
_Required Qualifications:_
+ A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required for the role
+ 10+ years of experience in Engineering roles
+ Prior people management experience is required.
_Preferred Qualifications:_
+ 4+ years of experience leading teams.
+ Experience managing large-scale, complex projects, particularly with stakeholder management.
+ Previous experience in New Product Development (NPD).
+ Experience working in a matrixed environment with cross-functional collaboration.
+ An interest in or prior experience with robotics and enabling technologies with a strong background in mechanical design.
$129,600 - $286,500 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
